Development Project Maps
These maps reflect completed, approved, and pending development projects in Manatee County. Maps can be purchased from the Manatee County Property Appraiser's Office, 915 4th Ave. W., Bradenton, FL, 34205, or call (941) 748-8208.

Development Tracking Map Service
This Development Tracking Map Service is a real time database with interactive maps of completed, approved, and pending development projects in Manatee County.
By clicking on the Tools tab you can perform a Search By Location using Concurrency Projects. You can also utilize the toolbar at the top of the map to zoom, etc. By rolling your cursor over the toolbar you can see what action each button performs.
SEARCH TIP: If you do not have the complete project name, type in a percentage sign [%] before and after the project name you do have.
