APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 HAVE NOW CONCLUDED
The next opportunity to be considered for Children's Services Investments will begin with an announcement in Fall 2024. An informational meeting will be held in December 2024 to provide information on the process.
General Application Information
Consideration for investment originates from a recommendation provided to the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners based on several factors. Investments are awarded on a competitive basis and the priorities set by the Manatee Board of County Commissioners. Programs are paid on a reimbursement basis and are contingent upon the successful completion of the project and meeting the requirements of the executed agreement.
Eligibility
CHILDREN'S SERVICES PRIORITIES for fy2025:
A - Children in foster care gain a permanent, stable, and nurturing home within 12 months of entering care and remain there
B - Children remain in their homes free of abuse and neglect and do not enter or re-enter foster care
C - Funders, systems, policies, and practice align to ensure that our children have developmentally appropriate literacy skills
D - Children demonstrate improved behavioral functioning
Only the agencies/programs listed below qualify for Children's Results as Services Application (RAS)
