Bill Payment Options

You can pay your Utility bill by phone using our automated telephone payment system. This system accepts MasterCard or Visa, or you may pay your bill using your checking or savings account.

Dial (866) 257-0749 to pay by phone. Please be sure to have your most recent Manatee County Utility bill and bank account or credit card available. 

You may pay by mail or use the drop box at any of the following Manatee County locations. You cannot pay in person at these locations.

Amscot now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 2pm on business days will post the same business day.  Payments made after 2pm will post the next business day.  Amscot charges a convenience fee for using this service.  Amscot only accepts cash payments.
