You can pay your Manatee County utility bill online, by phone, by automatic funds transfer, by mail, or in person at one of the drop-off locations listed below.

Manatee County Utilities is pleased to offer the ability to manage your account online with Customer Self-Service (CSS).

Pay by Phone

As we migrate to our new customer online offering, we will not be charging any penalties stemming from delinquent payments.

You can pay your Utility bill by phone using our automated telephone payment system. This system accepts MasterCard or Visa, or you may pay your bill using your checking or savings account.

Dial (833) 425-2099 to pay by phone. Please be sure to have your new Manatee County Utility account number and bank account or credit card available.

Amscot

Amscot now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 2pm on business days will post the same business day.  Payments made after 2pm will post the next business day.  Amscot charges a convenience fee for using this service.  Amscot only accepts cash payments.

Walmart now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 7pm will post the next business day. Payments made after 7pm will post in 2 business days.  Walmart charges a convenience fee for using this service.
