MANATEE COUNTY, FL (January 25, 2024) – Manatee County Public Safety’s Emergency Communications Center has obtained an unprecedented achievement of the coveted
Triple ACE Accreditation for the third time from the
International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED). This remarkable milestone not only underscores Manatee County's commitment to providing top-tier emergency communication services to the residents and visitors but also places the County among an exclusive group of only 13 emergency communications centers worldwide to achieve this esteemed accreditation.
The Triple ACE Accreditation, awarded by IAED, signifies excellence in the areas of medical, fire and police emergency dispatching. The accomplishment reinforces the role of emergency services as a vital component of the public safety infrastructure in Manatee County and positions the County among a distinguished group of global leaders in emergency-dispatch services.
