Personal Training

The G.T. Bray Recreation Center offers Personal Training, which provides guidance and assistance with your individual workouts by creating a personalized fitness regimen tailored to meet your goals.  The Certified Personal Trainers provide motivation, education, support, and guidance for all ages and fitness levels and will coach you through your workouts to ensure that you exercise at your full potential.

Personal Training services are offered to individuals who are currently members of the Recreation Center.  In an effort to provide an effective and affordable option for everyone, we offer both one-on-one and small group training. Email [email protected] to set up an appointment today!

Sessions for 1 participants:

$30/30 minutes
$50/60 minutes

Sessions for 2-4 participants:
$50/30 minutes
$75/60 minutes

Meet Your Trainers

Natalie

Meet Natalie, our Fitness and Wellness Coordinator! Natalie brings 20 plus years in the fitness industry, 8 of them right here at G.T. Bray! Although originally hailing from Chicago, her heart belongs to the beach, making Bradenton her home. Ultimately, her goal is to empower individuals to take ownership of their health and embark on a journey to well-rounded well-being.
Her certifications include AFFA Certified Group Fitness instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a variety of specialty certifications including Zumba, Aqua Zumba, BOSU training, Senior Fitness and Shaun T’s Insanity.
Natalie is our Group Fitness lead contact as well as the coordinator of the Wellness Wednesdays program. She takes pride in curating the best group schedule that Manatee County can offer and bringing unique wellness opportunities to our community.

Travis Cowan is our Fitness Coordinator overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fitness Center, personal training, and various small training programming. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through NCSF with almost 5 years of training experience and working with clients to help them reach their fitness goals. His passion is to help others and improve their everyday lives by giving them the tools and support to achieve what they thought they could not do alone. His specialties include strength training, circuit training, weight management, and overall conditioning.
